Our Oatmeal Toffee is based on Jen's secret family recipe. Chewy, whole rolled oats. Crisped rice. Brittle, melted toffee. And, of course, only real eggs and butter.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. No need to defrost before baking.

  3. Arrange on baking sheet at least 3" apart. For best results use a nonstick baking sheet. Or line your baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.

  4. Place on center rack in oven and bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Baking times will vary.

  5. Let cool for at least five minutes before removing from baking sheet. Resist the urge to move them while they're hot! If you move them too soon, they will stick.
